Jets out cool air stream and dries the humidity - you need to empty the water container once a day. Good for drying clothes too. This is, of course, not as powerful as an installed air conditioner but it does provide a nice cool air stream and removes almost 5L of water every day. Brand name is CORONA - CDM-1021 AS see product details here: https://www.corona.co.jp/.../dehumidifier/past/feature.html パワフル冷風・除湿 I bought this (from AEON mall) for my small bedroom which does not have an air-con installation point, last summer. Used for only a few weeks, then I was away for part of the summer and I haven't used it since. It is LIKE NEW - in perfect condition with the original box and leaflet. I paid ¥30,000+ for this and would appreciate the asking price of ¥18,000. I do not have a car so I cannot deliver it but I can help you carry it out of my apartment building. LOCATION: near JR Otobashi station. https://goo.gl/maps/GXWjUf2tbbszfDJy8
